I have seen expensive special garlic oils for so many times, that I decided to buy nice bottle and make my own oil. The recipe is very easy. It can make every salad better in taste with it’s delicate taste and aroma. Do not wait, and make your own homemade garlic oil!

- 200 ml of canola oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Jar or bottle
- Kitchen knife
- Cutting board
A method of preparing
- Peel and chop the garlic.
- Put the chopped garlic into the bottle or the jar.
- Pour the oil into the jar or the bottle, close it and put the containder into cool and dark cupboard.
Finished! After a week it is ready to use.
